Here at Guiding Lights we strive to breed the best Group 1 has to offer.  Our main focus is Great Danes & Doberman Pinschers  Our current focus in our breeding program is to breed top quality Great Danes, Dobermans, and other Working breeding stock.  Our other programs include our Herding program (Rosepoint) which focuses on Melenistic German Shepherds, Collies and Border Collies currently and our Hound Program (*Formerly Red Creek)  which focuses on Salukis, Greyhounds, And Blueticks.  All our dogs from this point on will use only the Guiding Light prefix/suffix

We strive to offer the SUKC and sims 3 kennels the best in variety so we do occasionally host miscellaneous breeds not a part of or our breeding program in an attempt to diversify the gene pool.  These dogs will not be seen in great quantities but we may host a breeding pair(male & female) from time to time and are always open to stud out.  These dogs are treated like any of our other breeds and are not exempt from our high quality of standard.  We will not consider studding unless they earn titles. But we may allow for private breedings on request.

All of our Publicly listed Broods and Studs are well finished individuals.  They all have proven themselves in conformation or sporting events and are available to the general public to use to use to diversify any bloodline.  Our primary focus is Conformation, but we expect even our show dogs to be able to perform the required duties of their breed and than some.
